On Saturday, the World Flying Disc Federation launched their second-ever online survey to collect demographic information and policy input from all ultimate players around the world. In a statement from the survey release, WFDF President Robert “Nob” Rauch said:
“After posting our first global disc sports community survey in 2014, with 3,400 respondents, we are hoping to update our demographic information about the disc sports community so that it can be used to support promotional efforts to further the sport, and to get input on a variety of important issues that are currently being discussed. Over the last several years WFDF has been really trying to better serve the disc community, and we hope that the input we get through this survey will ensure we are being responsive to our constituency. We encourage every player and all others involved at all levels in all disc sports to take around 20 minutes it takes to respond to this 40 question survey, as your opinion truly matters and we are hopeful to get over 5,000 responses this year.”The survey will be open until Sunday, September 18.
