Tactics, techniques, tips, and tricks.
I need some help with guarding. I usually guard this amazing cutter, I can predict where he is going ONLY if I stare at his legs and completely focus, then they just throw it over my head and make a successful catch. if I watch him and watch the disc, he takes the opportunity to take off and get the disc, he has made me fall over several times by cutting. How do I balance watching the disc and keeping up with him?
