Welp, since no one else has commented on this, I’ll start! I’m not gonna pretend to be an expert on the region, but here are a few players that I can confidently say excelled this season.

St. Olaf
Tulsa Douglas- T-Pain has been tearing it up for years for BUDA & Amherst, her throws are expert, she knows exactly where to put the disc to make it easy for her reciever, and she’s fierce in the air
Carleton
Lisa Qiu- super strong, calm throws, you gotta work really hard to get open when she’s playing D on you
